Tiramisù Tradizionale in a Glass
“Tirami sù” means “pick me up”.
In Treviso in the 60s, they served a wonderful dessert to give tired people a lift. Strong coffee. Mascarpone. Cocoa.
Ours stays true to that tradition.
Biscuits: Savoiardi soaked in coffee. Mascarpone cream. Bitter cocoa.
Crushed biscuits at the bottom of the glass add crunch.
When eating in, it can be accompanied by a glass of Amaretto Gozio.

Ricotta Cream with Salted Butter Caramel in a Glass
Whipped ricotta, light with body. Rich salted butter caramel.
The same crushed-biscuit base at the bottom of the glass adds texture.
Creamy, crunchy, salty, sweet.
