This week’s Italian wine: Don Bosco, 5000 bottles a year.
This week, La Corte Segreta invites you to discover a genuine wine rarity: Don Bosco Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Riserva 2018, 14.5%.
This exceptional red wine is a tribute to Italian passion and artisan expertise. With a production of only 5000 bottles a year, it embodies the very essence of Abruzzo’s winemaking tradition. Every bottle is the result of meticulous work, from selecting the finest Montepulciano grapes to ageing in oak barrels (24 months), where the wine acquires its complexity and distinctive character.
Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is known for its rich aromas of ripe red fruit, delicate spicy notes and lovely tannic structure. Don Bosco Riserva elevates these qualities with woody nuances and exceptional depth, making it perfect with our meat-topped pizzas, especially those with Pancetta and Prosciutto Crudo.
A rarity not to be missed — available this week at La Corte Segreta.
