An Italian sparkling wine… without the alcohol

“Do you have anything alcohol-free for an aperitif?”

Some of our customers asked us this, and as we like to do more than pretend to listen, we decided to look for something that really lived up to expectations. After tasting it, we were pleasantly surprised: we had found an Italian alcohol-free sparkling wine that truly won us over.

This alcohol-free sparkling wine is made from real grapes, with a full winemaking process before the alcohol is removed. It therefore retains the fruit’s natural aromas and the elegance of a real wine. It is produced in the region of Venice, the home of many renowned Italian wines, giving it the characteristic finesse and freshness of fruit from the Veneto.

It is now available on our menu (Frizzante Veneziano), both as an aperitif and to accompany your dish during the meal.
